Short sleeve midi dress a full skirt and short open, full sleeves that has gathering at the shoulder.  The fabric is a woven cotton in black with white embroidery on the sleeves and ric rac trim on the skirt hem, collar and sleeve. The waist has an elasticized backing for easy on and off. The skirt is midi length and has side pockets. The bodice and skirt are lined. 

100% Cotton.  Lining 100% polyester

Fabric does not have stretch.

Waist is elastic and has lots of give.
